Derek Walin

Derek Walin is a Disc jockey and Artist manager from Boca Raton, Florida and based in Miami, Florida.[1]

In 2010, he co-founded Super Music Group with business partner Brandon Kessler as a start-up record label. The company eventually turned into a full service talent management company.[2] In 2015, Billboard (magazine) broke the news that Electronic dance music star Kaskade and his manager Little Empire Music had purchased a minority steak in the company.[3]

As a DJ, Derek has performed around the world, with shows in Las Vegas,[4] New York, Barcelona, and Dubai.

His remix of The xx's rendition of Kyla - "Do You Mind" hit the #1 spot on Hype Machine's popular chart and was featured in publications like Nylon Guys, Prefix Mag, and The Music Ninja.
