Denée Benton is an American actress, best known for playing the role of Natasha Rostova in Natasha, Pierre, & The Great Comet of 1812 on Broadway.[1][2] On television she is best known for her featured role on the Lifetime series, UnREAL.[3][4]

Background

Benton attended Trinity Preparatory School in Winter Park, Florida, before graduating from Carnegie Mellon University in 2014.[2]

Career

Her first big break was being cast as Nabulungi in the West End and U.S. national tour of The Book of Mormon. Later she was cast in the titular role of Natasha in Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 with the American Reparatory Theatre. In October 2016, she will be reprising the latter role as well as making her Broadway debut at the Imperial Theatre.[2]

She is best known to television audiences for her memorable role as Ruby Carter in the second season of the Liftetime series, UnREAL.[3][4]
