Dawn Jean Acton (born 15 March 1977 in Ashton-under-Lyne[1]) is an English actress most notable for playing Tracy Barlow in the long-running British soap Coronation Street for periods between 1988 and 1999.[1][2]
As a child she attended Stamford High School in Ashton-under-Lyne and trained at the Oldham Theatre Workshop.[1][2]
