The dark-brown serotine (Neoromicia brunneus) is a species of vesper bat.
It can be found in the following countries: Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone.
It is found in these habitats: subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
It is threatened by habitat loss.
