Dan "Danny" Michael Vitale III (born October 23, 1994) is an American football fullback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Northwestern. Vitale was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

Vitale was selected by the Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.[1] He was released by the Buccaneers as part of final roster cuts on September 3, 2016,[2] and was claimed off waivers by the Buffalo Bills the next day,[3] but failed his physical examination, voiding the contract.[4] On September 10, 2016, he re-joined the Buccaneers as a member of their practice squad.[5]

Vitale was signed off the Buccaneers' practice squad by the Cleveland Browns on October 14, 2016.[6]
