Cups-pdf

A software package called cups-pdf[1] is readily available in most Linux[2] and BSD distributions. The cups-pdf package enables the user to easily add a desktop- and network-shareable Portable Document Format, or PDF, virtual printer to their LAN. Installing cups-pdf should automatically install CUPS,[3] the Common Unix Printing System. ttf-mscorefonts is often installed along with it to provide Microsoft-native fonts.
