Court of Appeal of the Northern Territory of Australia

The Court of Appeal of the Northern Territory of Australia is the name given to the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory when it sits as the Territory's Court of Appeal.[1]

The Territory's Supreme Court Act provides that in most cases, the Court of Appeal must act in a panel of at least three judges, who are otherwise judges of the Supreme Court.
