History

CTIL was incorporated as a private limited company on 22 April 1997 under the Companies Act, 1956 and was converted into Public Limited Company on 10 January 2000.[9]

In 2009, Comp U Learn Tech India won an order of US$1,113,000 from Vetco International & Fajr International companies who are authorized holders for supply of software for health and education services in UAE.[11] In 2010, CTIL has got the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana order from Uttar Pradesh Government worth of () 19.36 crore.[12]
