Commonwealth Avenue West
Commonwealth Avenue West is a road that goes from North Buona Vista Road all the way to Toh Tuck Avenue. It was opened on 28 August 1977 from Holland Avenue to Ghim Moh Road, followed by on 7 October 1977 towards the Clementi New Town and was joined up by the Boon Lay Way in July 20, 1980; when the Commonwealth Avenue West Extension just opened by the construction since January 1978. The entire section was completed in November 1980.
It parallels through various MRT sections (Dover & Clementi MRT stations).
