Comic-Con Russia is a multigenre entertainment annual exhibition and fan convention of computer and video games, TV series and comic movies in Russia, organized by the committee of the Russian Game Developers Conference and Bubble Comics. First convention was held alongside the 2014 IgroMir.[1][2]

From the beginning the showcasing primarily comic books and science fiction/fantasy related film, television, and similar popular arts, the convention includes a larger range of pop culture and entertainment elements across virtually all genres, including horror, animation, anime, manga, toys, collectible card games, video games, webcomics, and fantasy novels in the country.[3]

History

2014

The convention was held for the first time on October 2–5, 2014, at the Crocus Expo, Moscow, alongside the 9th IgroMir video game exhibition.

2015

Th convention was held on October 2–4, with 162,000 visitors.

2016

Comic Con Russia was held from 29 September until 2 October. It'seems been held at the Crocus Expo, Moscow, alongside the 11th IgroMir video game exhibition.
