The blue-eyed ground dove (Columbina cyanopis) is a species of bird in the family Columbidae. It is endemic to the Cerrado region of Brazil. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland. It is threatened by habitat loss.

Researchers believed this bird could have been extinct since no individuals had been seen in the wild since 1941. However, in 2016, 12 birds were seen in a small area of cerrado in Minas Gerais, Brazil.[2]
