Ciro Cruz Zepeda

Ciro Cruz Zepeda Peña (Jutiapa, El Salvador, May 3, 1945) is a politician with a long political career in his native country. He has served as the leader of the Partido de Conciliación Nacional for San Salvador and deputy president of the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador.[1][2] On 8 December of the 2011, Cruz Zepeda chaired the plenary legislative while apparently drunk, causing anger among his fellow members of the legislature.[3][4]
