Church of the East (disambiguation)

The Church of the East, or Nestorian Church, is a Christian church that formerly was spread widely across Asia.

Church of the East may also refer to:

• The Assyrian Church of the East, the part of the Church of the East that remained independent following the schism of the 16th century
• The Ancient Church of the East, which separated from the Assyrian Church of the East in 1964
• Any or all of the Eastern Catholic Churches, 23 particular churches in the Eastern Christian tradition which are in full communion with the Catholic Church
  • Chaldean Catholic Church, the part of the Church of the East that entered into full communion with the Catholic Church in 1830
• The Eastern Orthodox Church, which separated from the Catholic Church in the Schism of 1054
