Christina Gagnier

Christina Gagnier is an intellectual property lawyer, entrepreneur and a 2014 Democratic Party candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, representing California's 35th congressional district.[1] She is chief executive officer of Technology Resources and Internet Literacy (TRAIL), a platform and application development company focused on addressing the digital divide and access to the Internet.[2]
