Cadet college Killa Saifullah

Cadet College Killa Saifullah is a military high school, for boys grades seven through twelve.

History

In 2008, the Federal Government extended help for establishing a cadet college in Balochistan to bring this province at par with other Provinces, thus providing equal opportunities to the talented and brighter students from Balochistan as well.

The Project of establishing a Cadet College in Balochistan was conceived in approximately 2003 to 2005. The President of Pakistan gave his blessings in 2008. Present site was selected in 2005 and the construction of first two phases started in 2007. The college started functioning on 2008 with induction of its first entry of 60 cadets.

[1] Cadet College, Killa Saifullah is located in district Killa Saifullah at Nasai, Baluchistan, Pakistan at a distance of 140 km from Quetta and it covers an area of 560 acres. It might be a largest college of Baluchistan by area.

Academics

Students with age of 11-13 are admitted to CCKS (Cadet College Killa Saifullah) after an entry test which is usually taken in winter of each year throughout Pakistan. This entry test is based on the course contents of 6th class (Grade 6). Top sixty students are then granted admission to CCKS.

The college is subdivided into 4 wings.

  2. Iqbal Wing
  3. Nishter Wing
  4. Abdali Wing

Each wing has its own commander to command on cadet in 2016 the wing commanders are :

   Cadet Sheikh Hamdan (cadet captain)

  2. Cadet Amjad Khan (Abdali Wing)
  3. Cadet Nazir khan (Iqbal wing)
  4. Cadet Atta ullah khan(Nishter wing)
