CI Financial Corp. is a diversified wealth management firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and is one of Canada’s largest investment fund companies.

The company has been publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange since June 1994. It converted from a corporation to an income trust in June 2006, then back to a corporation on January 1, 2009.[1] It is part of the S&P/TSX Composite Index.
