CIGNEX

CIGNEX Holding Corporation is privately held organization headquartered in Santa Clara, California.[1] CIGNEX provides commercial Open Source solutions including Enterprise content management & social collaboration. CIGNEX has development centers in Ahmedabad and Bangalore, India.[2][3]

History

CIGNEX was founded in 2000.[4] In 2006, venture capital firm Basil Partners invested in CIGNEX.[5] In 2010 CIGNEX formed a joined venture with Datamatics[6] and merged AGS Technology[7] group as a result of which were known as CIGNEX Holding Corporation.
