Burleson LLP was an American law firm with offices in Denver, Houston, New Orleans, Pittsburgh and San Antonio. It closed its doors in December 2015.

They also represented companies in matters that include litigation, mergers and acquisitions, tax, regulatory, real estate, bankruptcy and restructuring, finance, insurance, and employment and labor. Many of the firm's attorneys have worked in the energy industry, including backgrounds as corporate general counsel, petroleum engineers, landmen, and geologists, which enabled the firm to bring extensive understanding, knowledge, and insight to the companies and individuals it serves.

Burleson LLP was founded in April 2005. At its peak, approximately 105 attorneys worked for Burleson LLP. They had 5 offices in 4 different states: Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. Burleson LLP handled legal matters for clients in the major U.S. shale plays, including the Barnett, Bakken, Eagle Ford, Fayetteville, Haynesville, Marcellus, Mississippi Lime, Niobrara, Permian Basin, Utica and Woodford shale formations.
