The Broad Street Apartments are buildings going from 880-886 E Broad Street in Broadmoor, Columbus, OH 43205 (More specifically, King-Lincoln Bronzeville, in Franklin county). They are near the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), along with the Columbus State Community College.[1] It is managed by Evergreen Realty, Inc., which has been managing apartment communities throughout Columbus, Ohio for over 26 years.

History

880 East Broad Street was created in 1930, and renovated in 1966. It was a private house built by the Cheek Bros., and was significant for its engineering.[2]
