This is a comprehensive list of the accomplishments and records of the Boston Celtics. The Boston Celtics are an American professional basketball team currently playing in the National Basketball Association.

Coaches, Executives and Contributors
Four people were inducted into the Hall of Fame primarily for their achievements while a Celtics coach and/or executive:
- Arnold "Red" Auerbach (Coach 1950–1966, Executive 1966–2006)
- Walter A. Brown (1945–1964) Inducted as a contributor, original owner of the Celtics
- Tom Heinsohn (Coach 1969–1978) Also inducted for his playing career.
- William G. Mokray (1946–1969) Inducted as a contributor. Celtics public relations director 1946–1957, Vice-President 1957–1969. Noted primarily for his independent contribution to basketball statistics and historical scholarship during that time.
Nine other Hall of Fame coaches or contributors have Celtic ties:
- Don Barksdale (Celtics player 1953–1955) First African-American to play in the Olympics and in the NBA All-Star Game
- Wayne Embry (Celtics player 1966–1968) First African-American to serve both as a general manager and team president in the NBA
- Dave Gavitt (Celtics executive 1990–1994) First commissioner of the Big East Conference; helped create the 1992 Dream Team
- Alvin "Doggie" Julian (Celtics coach 1948–1950) Enshrined for his college basketball coaching career
- Don Nelson (Celtics player 1965–1976) Enshrined for his NBA coaching career, notably with the Bucks, Warriors and Mavericks; is the winningest head coach in NBA history with 1,335 wins
- Rick Pitino (Celtics coach 1997–2001) Enshrined for his college basketball coaching career; won the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament in 1996 with Kentucky and in 2013 with Louisville
- John "Honey" Russell (Celtics coach 1946–1948) Enshrined for his playing service in the pre-NBA era
- Tom "Satch" Sanders (Celtics player 1960–1973; coach 1977–1978) Instituted various league programs, such as the NBA Rookie Transition Program
- John Thompson (Celtics player 1964–1966) Inducted as a coach, primarily for his service at Georgetown University
Additionally, Johnny Most, longtime radio announcer for the Celtics, was honored with the Hall of Fame's Curt Gowdy Media Award in 1993.
