Boleophthalmus is a genus of mudskippers native to the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean.

- Boleophthalmus birdsongi Murdy, 1989 (Birdsong's mudskipper)
- Boleophthalmus boddarti (Pallas, 1770) (Boddart's goggle-eyed goby)
