Bob Atkinson (29 October 1913 – 25 December 2006)[1] was an Australian rules footballer in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Atkinson made his debut for the Carlton Football Club in Round 2 of the 1942 VFL season, coming across from Coburg. He returned to Coburg after the 1944 VFL season, having played 44 matches for Carlton.

Atkinson's father Percy played for Norwood Football Club in the South Australian competition, while his brother Ted played for North Melbourne Football Club and his son John played with Fitzroy Football Club.[2]
