Blue Rainbow was a Canadian Children's television series created and hosted by Lutia Lausane (Lil) who was always dressed in a pink dress and told stories while playing her harp. Michael Kennard and John Turner (now Mump and Smoot) played the clowns Dirk and Drock for three seasons.[3] The series was broadcast on CBC in the 1980s until it was sold in 1989 to the Global Television Network who continued broadcasting it.
