William Alfred "Bill" Hands, Jr. (born May 6, 1940 in Hackensack, New Jersey, United States), is a former professional baseball player who pitched in the major leagues from 1965 to 1975. Hands' best season came in 1969 with the Chicago Cubs, when he won 20 games.

A native of Rutherford, New Jersey,[1] Hands played high school baseball at Rutherford High School.[2]
