The Basketball Federation of Yugoslavia (Serbo-Croatian: Košarkaški Savez Jugoslavije / Кошаркашки Савез Југославије; Slovene: Košarkarska zveza Jugoslavije; Macedonian: Кошаркарска Федерација на Југославија) was the governing body of basketball in Yugoslavia.

It ran the Yugoslav First Federal Basketball League, Yugoslav 1. B Federal Basketball League, Yugoslav Basketball Cup, Yugoslav Women's Basketball League and Yugoslav Women's Basketball Cup. It also controlled the Yugoslav national basketball team and the Yugoslav women's national basketball team.
