Barlborough is a village and civil parish in the Bolsover district of Derbyshire, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 3,018, increasing to 3,261 at the 2011 Census.[1] The village is near junction 30 of the M1 motorway and is about five miles north of Bolsover. It is near to Clowne. A mile west of the village is a small Grade II listed stately home named Beightonfields Priory, seat of the Bowden family, which may have been a monastic site.
