Banchō

Banchō (番町) is an area in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, consisting mainly of Ichibanchō (一番町) to Rokubanchō (六番町)

The Banchō area is located to the west of the Imperial Palace. Shinjuku Dōri Ave (新宿通り Shinjuku Dōri) forms its southern boundary. Yasukuni Dōri Ave (靖国通り Yasukuni Dōri) forms its northern boundary. The Hanzō Moat (半蔵濠 Hanzō-bori) forms its eastern boundary, and the railway of the Chūō Main Line forms its western boundary.
