PC Plum goes looking for deer. A Balamory resident tells Edie McCredie and PC Plum how they can hide themselves while deer spotting, but it causes chaos around the town.

Postcards

Penny gets distracted by watching a football match, and forgets to make an important order for the shop.

Miss Hoolie faces a dilemma when she makes too many promises.

Sausages

Edie comes to the nursery to remind Miss Hoolie about a trip to the farm. She is in a hurry because she has so much to do. She goes to buy some sausages and a birthday card. She is in a rush and drops things all over. She posts her card, but when she returns to her bus, she realises she had left the door open. PC Plum isn't pleased. When she gets home, she sees that her sausages are missing. She asks PC Plum to solve the mystery. He thinks a dog had taken them, but it was Edie's fault for leaving the door open. Edie takes Miss Hoolie and the children to the farm to feed the animals. They have a lovely time. The McLeods' dog James isn't hungry, because he is full of sausages.

Gospel Choir

PC Plum joins the choir. But he spends so much time practicing his singing that he neglects his police work - leaving Penny to solve a mystery involving missing flowers.

Ballet

Josie asks Miss Hoolie to help think of a ballet the children might enjoy watching her class perform. They decide on a ballet about a fairy and a box of toys who love to leap, spin and dance. Spencer helps build the scenery for the ballet and brings it to the nursery, however, they can't bring it inside without spoiling the surprise. Archie comes up with the answer - bedspread curtains. They stop everyone from peeking at the scenery or the dancers until the ballet is ready. It is a smash!

Tantrums

Archie brings his new hot air balloon invention to the nursery. The children have been making chicks so he tries to use one of them for a passenger, but it's very sticky and Archie gets in a mess and pops his balloon. He becomes very angry so Miss Hoolie gives him a juice box and sends him home to calm down. At home he decides to build a tower out of yogurt pots, but it falls down and he gets angry again and he squashes his juicebox. He goes to buy another one at Pocket and Sweets but then he drops his money and gets angry again. Suzy gives him chocolate but that makes him worse. Penny helps him to breathe deeply then Josie Jump teaches him some exercises to help calm him down.

Spaghetti Day

PC Plums birthday. It's a play day in Balamory. They're going to make an Italian restaurant in Miss Hooley's green house to celebrate. PC Plum goes to see Edie to help making Italian music with an accordion, and decorate the room. Only the food is missing already. So they call on Suzie to make original Italian spagetthi. Edie takes the tables and chairs from Pocket&Sweet, sings and play accordion. The children, Miss Hooley and PC Plum are eating at the time Suzie's spagetthi.

Buggies and Prams

Josie brings children and parents to the city, but gets lost.

Couch Potato

When Edie arrives she is out of puff. She had been rushing around doing jobs for Archie. She even eats all of Miss Hoolie's biscuits! Archie asks her to pick up the game he had invented. Poor Edie has to return to Archie's castle to take him out again! This time there are no biscuits. Archie gets out of puff searching for biscuits and Edie is far too tired to go to the shop. They need someone to get them back on their feet and fit! Josie tells them they need exercise and healthy food. Miss Hoolie, Archie, Edie and the children get plenty of exercise in the nursery with Josie and enjoy playing with Archie's invention.

Horsepower

Archie tries to fix Edie's bus. Miss Hoolie and her visitors tour Balamory on Edie's bus, but it develops a problem that even Archie can't fix.

Broken Down Bus

Edie goes missing in the snow. PC Plum goes out in the snow to find Edie before the steel band concert begins.

Five a Side

Miss Hoolie and Josie Jump run a football match, Penny helps Miss Hoolie organise a game of five-a-side football in the sports hall.

The Street Party

Everybody is having a party. The nursery holds a street party, but Miss Hoolie and Spencer worry that it's too cold for anyone to come.

The Rhyme Machine

Archie invents a fantastic rhyme machine. Miss Hoolie suggests they use it to tell a story. Josie, however, suggests they use it to make a song. Spencer comes up with a tune, and then Archie and Josie host a sing-along at the nursery. Josie is very excited about testing Archie's new rhyme machine, but the duo need help putting the finishing touches to the invention.

Paper Chase

Miss Hoolie wants Spencer to paint a large picture of Balamory for the nursery wall

Whale of A Day

PC Plum has arranged to take Miss Hoolie whale-watching. Spencer makes them a whale chart so that they can tell the different types of whales apart, but PC Plum accidentally drops the smelly sandwiches on the floor. Suzie saves the day, by making up a picnic hamper for them. PC Plum and Miss Hoolie go whale-spotting - but their plans are almost ruined by an unusually smelly sandwich.

Boat Race

Penny Pocket organises a boat race for her sailing company. She goes at Josie's and ask her to join to the sailing group. Josie was so nervous and Penny makes her calm down with big shouting but it makes her a sore throat. She gets medicine from Suzie in the shop. But Penny has to shout after the boat. She calls Archie ( 2nd song ) to make some magic. He makes a paper megaphone to make Penny's voice bigger, and he sticks it beside a yoghurt pot and to Penny's wheelchair with two sticks.

Light Festival

It's Josie's birthday. The nursery celebrates the Light Festival, a very special day for Josie.

Skiing

Josie goes skiing. Josie disappears on a snowy day.

The Lost Cow

PC Plum takes on a missing cow case. PC Plum investigates the disappearance of Roddy Macleod's cow, Alison. Spencer helps out, PC Plum investigates a peculiar disappearance during a snowy day.

Reflections

A puddle inspires Archie to create a reflecting machine. He goes to Pocket and Sweet's to buy some things that reflect. Suzie finds lots of things, but in the end all Archie takes is a bicycle mirror, and a mop and bucket. He makes the machine, but then can't think of a game to play using it- he has promised Miss Hoolie he will use the machine to play a game with the children. Can Josie Jump save the day?

Pirate Radio

PC Plum investigages strange emanations coming from his police radio, and from taps and kettles all over Balamory. Edie has accidentally turned on an old transmitter, broadcasting her singing practice. Archie is called in to solve the problem.

Seaside Inside

It's a rainy day, so the cafe is packed with people. PC Plum cancels his bird-watching plans to do crowd control. The kids were supposed to go to the beach, so Spencer is sent to entertain them. Instead of a sing-song, Spencer has an idea to bring the seaside inside. Written by Peter Hynes.

Suzie is organising a street parade.

Hub Caps

PC Plum finds a lot of old hub caps. He takes them to Edie, but she has a lot already, and has no room for any more. She discovers that they make a great sound when you bang them together, and suggests PC Plum take them to Spencer- he may be able to make them into a musical instrument. Spencer shows PC Plum how to make a "wind-clacker" for the nursery garden.

Anansi

Josie Jump decides to tell the children a story about Anansi the spider, although Miss Hoolie appears to be arachnophobic. Archie makes Josie a model spider from yoghurt pots. Edie McCredie and Suzie Sweet learn about Anansi story.

The Fiddle Player

Today, the famous fiddle player Shiona Docherty comes to visit Miss Hoolie. Shiona and Spencer give the nursery children a concert.

The Pixie Picnic

It is a Play Day in Balamory, and Spencer is organising a Pixie Picnic. He has prepared some Pixie costumes, but has forgotten to prepare games- can Josie come up with some games?

Whale Bank

A lot of money has been left on Edie's bus. She is unsure what to do with it, so she asks Archie if he can come up with a solution.

Party Games

Archie has invented a party pack. It is dull so he goes to see Spencer who helps him to paint it and then to Josie to get ideas for games before going to the nursery to play with the children.

The Clown

Giggles the Clown is performing at the Nursery today but rather carelessly he has lost his make-up, juggling balls, magic wand and the rest of his clown paraphernalia. Josie Jump and Archie assist. But who can help Giggles bake custard pies? Of course! Suzie Sweet! But will Suzie allow good food be thrown?

Anyone for Tennis?

PC Plum tries to solve the mystery of why coloured spots have appeared around town.

Sand Shapes

PC Plum learns how important it is to be responsible when he tries to juggle his job with helping out at the nursery.

Lost Then Sorted

PC Plum is on the case when lots of things start to go missing in Balamory, but he is surprised to discover who the culprit is. As they collect boxes for the Balamory nursery.

Vibrations

Edie hears some strange noises outside her house this morning. She eventually finds out that the noises were coming from Spencer's new music machine, which he brings to the nursery to teach the children a humming song.

Towers and Balconies

Josie Jump, Spencer arrive at Pocket and Sweet's for cameras and binoculars. Then Josie Jump, Edie, Pocket and Sweet, Spencer, PC Plum, Miss Hoolie, Archie and the children go to the mainland to Hartlepool up Christ Church Tower. Archie's castle tower and Josie Jumps' tower. They take pictures of everything.

Bedtime

Archie gets confused by his latest invention, but someone helps him find a solution.

Ten Pin Bowling

Chaos reigns when fun and games get out of control at Miss Hoolie's house. They take us to the proper bowling alley on the mainland.

The Puddle Walk

PC Plum takes the children on a puddle walk in the forest.

The Stick Up

It's a sunny day in Balamory and Miss Hoolie grabs a stopwatch from the cupboard. Then Penny Pocket arrives at PC Plum's and all the money's sticking to my bum. Then they go to Pocket and Sweet's and Penny thinks "What am I gonna do when I catch up with Plum". Edie McCredie, Penny Pocket, PC Plum, Miss Hoolie and the children playing the sticky game in the nursery cause it's raining.

I Want a Dog

There is a black and white dog shown in this for about 5 sec. It was filmed in the Glasgow Dog and Cat Home. I now own that dog, when I selected her I did not know she was in Balamory my daughter loved her ears. It's 2013 and she is still fit and healthy.

Titanium Of Potential

Every single titanium for potential energy lesson in the nursery. Archie invents an energy machine with titanium for Miss Hoolie. Then they learn different types of energy in the nursery. Josie Jump, PC Plum and Suzie Sweet does a video diary to energy of titanium.

Spooks

It's a foggy day in Balamory today and Edie tells Archie he's ironing some blankets for ghosts. Miss Hoolie, Edie and Archie dresses up as ghosts in the nursery.
