Apostolic Nuncio to Ireland

The Holy See, as the central government of the Catholic Church[1] from early Christian times (as distinct from the State of Vatican City, which came into existence in 1929),[2] has full diplomatic ties with Ireland as well as many other countries worldwide. As of 2014 the apostolic nuncio to Ireland was Archbishop Charles John Brown.[3][4] The nuncio's residence and office (nunciature) is at Navan Road, Dublin, Ireland.
