Annapurna Labs

Annapurna Labs is an Israel-based microelectronics company that was acquired by Amazon.com for its Amazon Web Services division, reputedly for US$350–370M in January 2015.[1][2]

Annapurna Labs was owned by Avigdor Willenz with other investors including British chip designer ARM Holdings and venture capital firm Walden International. Board members include Lip-Bu Tan, the CEO of both Walden International and Cadence Design Systems.[3]
