Ananda Ram Barua (Assamese: আনন্দৰাম বৰুৱা; 1850–1889) was great scholar in Sanskrit.[1] He was the first civilian (I.C.S) from Assam,[2] first graduate from Assam [3] and an eminent lawyer.
