Anahad O'Connor

Anahad O'Connor (born 23 May 1981) is a reporter and author on the topics of health, diet, and weight loss. He joined the New York Times in 2003[1] where he writes about science, health, and national issues.

O'Connor studied neuroscience and has a degree in psychology from Yale University.[1] His book The 10 Things You Need to Eat made the New York Times Bestseller list in 2010.[1] He was part of the first class of the New York Times College Scholarship Program in 1999.[2]
