Amy Lindsay (born September 3, 1966) [1][2] is an American actress and former softcore pornographic film performer.[3]
Early life
Born in Columbus, Ohio, she grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995 with a degree in journalism and a minor in drama.
Career
After working in public relations and marketing, she decided to become an actress and moved from Texas to Los Angeles in 1995. Lindsay has since worked as an actress, casting director, producer, and production manager as well as doing voice-overs.
Lindsay has had guest television appearances as Lana in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Endgame",[4] in Silk Stalkings,[5] and as Sherry Drake on Pacific Blue.[6]
In 2016, BuzzFeed reported that Lindsay had appeared in an advertisement for the 2016 presidential campaign for Ted Cruz. Lindsay told BuzzFeed that she is a Christian conservative and a Republican, deciding between supporting Ted Cruz or Donald J. Trump.[7] The Cruz campaign said that it was unaware of "her full filmography" and pulled the ad soon after the report.[3]
Personal life
According to Ancestry.com, on January 19, 1991, she married Ronald G. Skloss in Harris County, Texas but they divorced on January 30, 1997 in Travis County, Texas.
In July 2005, Lindsay married model/actor Hoyt Richards but divorced in 2009.
