America Now is a three-hour syndicated talk radio show hosted by Meghan McCain, and carried by Premiere Networks, a subsidiary of iHeartMedia, Inc. America Now is broadcast live 6 to 9 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays. The show covers politics and entertainment. Originally hosted by Andy Dean, the show debuted on August 8, 2011.[1] Joe Pagliarulo (known as Joe Pags and based at WOAI in San Antonio) replaced Dean as interim host beginning August 11, 2014. Pagliarulo ceded hosting duties to McCain on July 15, 2015, while continuing with his own afternoon syndicated show.[2] Meghan McCain is the daughter of Republican U.S. Senator John McCain of Arizona.

Format

Combining elements of a comedy-centric format heard on programs like the Howard Stern Show and more traditional talk-radio hosts like Sean Hannity, McCain's hosting style includes humor, political commentary, and personal reflections.

Affiliates

America Now airs in about 100 markets around the country on mostly AM and some FM stations.[3] The program also airs on iHeartRadio. The official show website makes streaming audio, podcasts, and video monologues available. Streaming audio of the program can also be heard via the websites of many of the show's affiliate stations.
