Alona Serhiïvna Kvasha (born November 5, 1984) is a Ukrainian former artistic gymnast. She competed at the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics.[1]

2000 Olympics Alona Competed with Ukrainian team at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. She only competed on Vault for Ukraine Scoring 9.581 which was the joint 8th highest score but due to the tie breaking rule she missed out on a place in the event finals. The team from Ukraine eventually finished 5th in the team final after the Chinese team were Disqualified for the false age of team member Dong Fangxiao.

2002 Europeans This was Alona's most Successful competition internationally. After a disappointing 4th position with the team she bounced back to claim the bronze medal in the all-around finals with a total score of 36.405. In the event finals she became the European Floor champion with a super clean exercise for 9.500, earlier in the day she finished4th on vault with a score of 9.043.

2004 Athen Olympics Ukraine looked a super team going into Athens, they had beat the Russians to the silver medal in the team event at the Amsterdam Euro's that year. In Athens the Team from Ukraine qualified 5th to the team final where Alona contributed scores of 9.412 (vault), 8.850 (bars), 8.987 (beam) and 9.462 (floor). In the team final she competed on well to help Ukraine place 4th. In the event finals she finished 6th on the vault with a score of 9.343.
