Alex J. Sawyer (born 13 February 1993)[1] is a British actor, director and singer.
Early life
Sawyer was born in Kent to a Ghanaian mother and English father. He attended Avenue Primary School in Belmont, Aberdour School and King's College School in Wimbledon.[2]
Career
Sawyer began acting at the age of 9 when he was in a production of Oliver! as one of the chorus members in a local theatre. He has attended classes at Laine Theatre Arts since the age of 11, and after appearing in a school production of Blue Orange was scouted by an agent, starting his career as an actor.[1][3]
He stars as Alfie Lewis on House of Anubis for Nickelodeon which he has appeared up to and inclusive, the third season as well as the TV Movie Special, Touchstone of Ra.[4][5]
In late 2013, Sawyer released his debut single Relapse featuring Tasie Lawrence.[6]
