Alcolapia is a genus of fishes in the Cichlidae family. Their native range is largely restricted to the hypersaline, warm Lake Natron and Lake Magadi in Kenya and Tanzania, although two species also have been introduced to Lake Nakuru.

There are currently four recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Alcolapia alcalica (Hilgendorf, 1905) (Magadi tilapia)
- Alcolapia grahami (Boulenger, 1912)
- Alcolapia latilabris (Seegers & Tichy, 1999)
- Alcolapia ndalalani (Seegers & Tichy, 1999)
