Al Maha Airways is a Qatari owned airline based in Saudi Arabia. The airline was set to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2014,[1] then postponed to summer 2016.[2]

History

Al Maha is an airline based in Saudi Arabia and owned by Qatar Airways. The airline was founded in 2014, but has yet to begin operations. Al Maha, which means "oryx" in Arabic, will sport the Qatar Airways logo but will be green instead of maroon, to match Saudi Arabia's national colours.

Destinations

The initial destinations are planned to be Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Medina, Abha, Qassim, Doha and Dubai.

Fleet

In 29 April 2015, Al Maha Airways took delivery of four Airbus A320 airplanes.[3] It was originally planned that the airline will launch with 10 aircraft.
