Aepeomys is a small genus of rodents in the family Cricetidae. The species in this genus are found in Ecuador (A. lugens) and Venezuela (both species).
It contains the following two species:
- Olive Montane Mouse (Aepeomys lugens)
- Reig's Montane Mouse (Aepeomys reigi)
