Abdul Haq Shafaq (Persian: عبدالحق شفق) is the former Governor of Daikundi. Before he has been Governor of Faryab, Governor of Sar-e Pol and Governor of Samangan.

Abdul Haq Shafaq is former commander of the Hezbe Wahdat. After the fall of the Taliban he was appointed governor of Sar-e Pol Province. In 2004, Abdul Haq Shafaq switched to the province of Samangan.[1]

He is an ethnic Hazara. He is married and has one children.
