Aalto University Executive Education Ltd (Aalto EE) is an executive education services provider owned by Aalto University, which teaches business leadership skills.

Aalto EE has an office in Helsinki that coordinates operations in Europe and South Korea and an office in Singapore for the Asia Pacific rim. In addition to Finland and Singapore, Aalto EE offers education programs in Poland, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Indonesia and Iran.

Aalto EE was ranked 58th at the Financial Times Executive Education - Customized rankings [1] and 43rd in Financial Times Executive Education - Open programs in 2015.[2]

History

Aalto University's two executive education providers, HSE Executive Education and TKK School of Business, merged on 1 April 2010. The name of the new company is Aalto University Executive Education Ltd (Aalto EE).

MBA programs

Aalto University Executive Education organizes Aalto University's MBA programs: Aalto MBA Program and Aalto Executive MBA Program. The Aalto Executive MBA Program Aalto EE was ranked 61st globally at the Financial Times Executive MBA rankings in 2016.[3]

Open enrollment programs and customized solutions

In addition to MBA programs, Aalto EE offers open enrollment programs for individuals and customized solutions for companies that need education tailored for the company needs. All Aalto EE's open programs offer a pathway to the Aalto MBA and Aalto Executive MBA programs.

Quality and international standards

Aalto University was awarded AACSB accreditation on 12 April 2007. The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) was the world's first and is still the largest accreditation organization for business schools.

The Aalto MBA and Executive MBA Programs have been accredited by AMBA, the UK-based Association of MBAs, since May 1997. The Aalto MBA program is the oldest internationally accredited MBA program of Scandinavian origin.

Aalto University School of Economics was awarded the EQUIS-European Quality Label (European Quality Improvement System) (EQUIS) by EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) in July 1998.
