Starman is an Estonian cable television, VOIP telephony, and ISP company founded in 1992 and located in Tallinn. The company has been listed as SMN1T on the Tallinn Stock Exchange since 17 June 2006. In 2015 Starman bought the Lithuanian telecommunications company Cgates.[1]

Starman is the largest cable company in Estonia[2] and in the Baltic countries.[3] In 2016 Starman's majority owner, a Swedish investment company, sold its interest in Starman to the American investment firm Providence Equity Partners for a reported €81 million.[4]
