The 2018 AFC Women's Asian Cup, the 19th edition of the competition, is a women's association football tournament competed by national teams in Asian Football Confederation (AFC). It will serve as the qualification for the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.
Qualification
The qualifiers for the 2018 AFC Women's Asian Cup will be held from 3 to 11 April 2017.[3] Venues are not announced yet.

Rights and Sponsorships
Le Sports acquired the China rights the all-media broadcasting and signal production of the 2018 AFC Women's Asian Cup.[4] Tire manufacturer Continental announced they would be official sponsor.[5]
Format
Eight teams are drawn into two groups of four. After playing each other once, the top two of each group advance to the semi-finals. A final and third-place match follows. There might be a fifth place match, if five teams from Asia qualify to the World Cup.[6]
