The 2013 Rostelecom Cup (also known as Cup of Russia) was an international figure skating competition in the 2013–14 season. It was the last of six events in the 2013–14 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a series of senior-level invitational competitions.

The competition was held in Moscow, Russia from 22–24 November 2013.[1] Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Skaters also earned points toward qualifying for the 2013–14 Grand Prix Final.

Eligibility

Skaters who reached the age of 14 by July 1, 2013 were eligible to compete on the senior Grand Prix circuit.

Kevin Reynolds withdrew.[3] He was replaced by Misha Ge.[4] On 13 November 2013, it was announced that Evgeni Plushenko had withdrawn from the event due to injury.[5] He was replaced by Konstantin Menshov.[6] Brian Joubert withdrew and was not replaced.

In the ladies event, Kaetlyn Osmond withdrew and was not replaced.

In the pairs event, Britney Simpson / Matthew Blackmer withdrew and were replaced by Lindsay Davis / Rockne Brubaker.
