The 2012 MPSF Men's Soccer Tournament, is the 14th edition of the MPSF Men's Soccer Tournament, which determines the conference's automatic berth into the 2012 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. The tournament was played at the Lobo Soccer/Track Complex in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Air Force Falcons defeated the New Mexico Lobos in the championship game on penalty kicks, 5–3, after the game ended in a 1–1 tie after two overtime periods.
The New Mexico Lobos are the defending champions.
