The 2012 season was Bohemians's 92nd season in the League of Ireland. Having finished 5th in the league the previous year the club played in the 2012 League of Ireland Premier Division under manager Aaron Callaghan. During the season they also competed in the 2012 FAI Cup, the 2012 League of Ireland Cup, the Setanta Cup, the Leinster Senior Cup and the UEFA Europa League.
