The 2003 Skate Israel was the Skate Israel competition for the 2003–2004 figure skating season. It was the 7th edition of Skate Israel to be held. Skate Israel is a senior-level international figure skating competition held in Israel. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.

The 2003 Skate Israel was held between October 13 and October 15 in the Canada Centre in Metulla.
