The 1990 Cincinnati Bengals season was the team's 23rd year in professional football and its 21st with the National Football League (NFL). The Bengals won the AFC Central division for the second time in three seasons.

This would be the last time the Bengals would make the playoffs until the 2005 NFL season. As of 2016, they haven't won a playoff game since this season and has yet to do so.
